Objective:

Train 8 high-performance athletes recognized by the Paralympic Committee

Program as a Symbol of Resilience: For Irina and Silvia, archery symbolizes strength, focus, and resilience. As archers themselves, they know the discipline and empowerment that come with the sport, and they’re determined to bring that same sense of power to others facing similar challenges.

Vision of Team Building: “Archery for All” aims to create an elite team of visually impaired archers, but the impact goes beyond sports. The program is a stepping stone to personal growth, as team members will gain archery skills and build confidence, independence, and social bonds.

A Pathway to Representation: This program is about representation—showing that Romanians with disabilities have the talent and determination to compete on a global stage.
