2. Redirecting Corporate Profit Tax to Our Association
What Does Redirecting Corporate Profit Tax Mean?
Businesses are required to pay profit tax to the state, but they have the option to redirect 20% of this tax to our organization by signing a sponsorship contract between the beneficiary ( Demnitate pentru Toți ) and the sponsor (the company).
By sponsoring Demnitate pentru Toți, you are choosing to support people with disabilities in leading a normal life!
How Can Your Company Redirect Profit Tax?
Your company can redirect 20% of its profit tax to an NGO (or multiple NGOs) within 6 months from the submission of the annual tax declaration (according to Order 1679/2022). This can be done annually, between January 1st – May 27th.
To proceed, follow these steps:
- Complete the sponsorship contract and send it to us at contact@demnitatepentrutoti.ro.
- Fill in Form 177, titled “Request for the redirection of profit tax/microenterprise income tax”. This form can be completed and submitted using ANAF’s free assistance program.
💡 Important: The redirected amount comes from the taxes your company has already paid, meaning it costs you nothing extra! However, for us, it means everything!
Steps to Fill in the Form:
- In Section II – Redirection of Profit Tax, check Box 1: “Sponsorship to nonprofit legal entities”.
- In Section II – Beneficiary Identification Details, enter the following information:
